When my husband and I bought a condo at Crestwood, the way it was decorated reminded us of being at the beach, not the mountains. After a year we decided to gut the whole place and start anew, bringing with it the feeling of the outdoors. Where my husband and I picked the tile, the flooring, the paint, Nancy Maison helped us with the decorations - custom bedspreads, wall art, furniture. With me living in Indiana and her in Colorado, we did a lot of the work by phone and FedEx.
Once she caught on to the look we were after, everything fell into place. I still was in Indiana when she and her crew delivered everything to the condo when it was finished. She took pictures throughout the day and sent them to me. I was so excited! I couldn’t wait for my family to see it! When they say pictures don’t do it justice, this was the case. From the moment my family and I walked into our new place several years ago to when we walk into it now, we can’t believe how fabulous it is - still! Every time I am in town, I still stop in at A Great Find to see Nancy, just to tell her how much we love our home.

I had the best experience with Jennifer Greene and A Great Find. I am a control freak because I had a Commercial Design Firm years ago. A Great Find is right! We only knew we were not looking for a cookie cutter job, but something special that reflected us, and we found it! We brought a funny 50's, then 90's house with a zillion dollar view, but oh what a house. We wanted a home that was livable, comfortable and not one that we would have to spend a crazy amount of money redoing. We got all of that with the magical help of Jennifer Greene at A Great Find.
Jennifer worked with our also amazing architect and truly perfect contractor, none of whom knew one another before we started. Everyone worked together beautifully. Jennifer's attention to detail, her knowledge of quality pieces and her ability to understand and adjust to our individual tastes were perfect. She totally understood that we didn't want too much, but we loved special things. Most of all, she said to a couple who loves to collect, "Ok, your house is done, you don't need another thing!" Honestly, what designer ever says enough?
